This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The establishing of a Creditors' Committee; That the Joint Administrators’ fees be fixed by reference to the time given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Administration, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken.
