Notice is hereby given that on 03 March 2026, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Barclays Bank Plc, company number 01026167, a company registered under the Companies Acts and having their registered office at 1 Churchill Place, London, E14 5HP, seeking inter alia the making of an Administration Order in terms of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 in respect of Marketgait Property Investment Limited, a company registered in Jersey with company number 126970 and having its registered office at 26 New Street, St Helier Jersey, JE2 3RA, Jersey and to appoint Chad Griffin of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD and Michelle Elliot of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG, to be the Joint Administrators of of Marketgait Property Investment Limited; In which Petition, the Court of Session by Interlocutor dated 17 June 2026, appointed any party claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Clerk of Court at the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ, if so advised, within a period of eight days after such intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
