Notice is hereby given that, on 29 September 2026, a Petition was presented to Inverness Sheriff Court (the “Court”) at the instance of Craig Macrae and Kevin Macrae, for an order to wind up CK-Interiors Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC656930) and having its registered office at Unit 8b2 Balmakeith Business Park, Nairn, IV12 5QR (the “Company”) and to appoint provisional and interim liquidators of the Company. By interlocutor dated 29 September 2026, the Court ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Inverness Sheriff Court, The Inverness Justice Centre, Longman Road, Inverness, IV1 1AH within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement. Meantime, the Court appointed Simon Smith and Kevin Mapstone, both of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Woodburn House, 4/5 Golden Square, Aberdeen, AB10 1RD, to be provisional liquidators of the Company.
