Notice is hereby given that on 27 February 2024 a petition was presented to Ayr Sheriff Court by the Directors of AHW Pro-tect C.I.C. (Company Number SC585520) craving the Court inter alia to order that AWH Pro-tect C.I.C. having their Registered Office at 2 Miller Road, 1st Floor, Ayr, Scotland, KA7 2AY be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that, in the meantime Derek Alan Jackson, Insolvency Practitioner, Grainger Corporate Rescue & Recovery Limited. 65 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 2BX be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Ayr by Interlocutor dated 1st March 2024 appointed the said Derek Alan Jackson as Provisional Liquidator with the Powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
