Notice is hereby given that on 23rd October 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Livingston craving the Court inter alia that KINGSWAY ELECTRICAL LTD, with its Registered Office at 1 Unit 1, Icon Business Park Baird Road, Kirkton Campus, Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 7AZ be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Lothian and Borders at Livingston by interlocutor dated 24th October 2024 appointed Alistair McAlinden and James Alexander Dewar, Interpath Limited trading as Interpath Advisory and Cleanslate, 130 Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AS to be provision liquidators of said Company with powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a period of three months from 24th October 2024 and ordained the said KINGSWAY ELECTRICAL LIMITED and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
