On 30 December 2024, a petition was presented to Livingston Sheriff Court craving the Court that Astro Gymnastics (SC425268), a private limited company by guarantee without share capital and having its registered office at 5 Hutton Square, Brucefield Industrial Estate, Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 9DJ, be wound up by the Court and joint interim liquidators appointed; in which Petition, by interlocutor of 30 December 2024, the Sheriff appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service, and in the meantime appointed Mark Harper and Charles Hamilton Turner, both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 9 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1QQ, to be provisional liquidators of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
