Winding-up petition IMAGE ON GLASS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 23 April 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth by John Henderson, craving the Court, inter alia that Image on Glass Limited having its registered office at Davidsfold, North Ardbennie, Madderty, Crieff, PH7 3PT be wound up by the Court and joint Interim Liquidators be appointed, and to appoint meantime joint Provisional Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff at Perth by interlocutor dated 24 April 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth, County Building, Tay Street, Perth, PH2 8NL within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given, and meantime, appointed Graham Smith and Callum Angus Carmichael, insolvency practitioners, both of FRP Advisory, Suite B, 4th Floor, Meridian, Union Row, Aberdeen, AB10 1SA to be joint Provisional Liquidators of Image on Glass Limited and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and that until an interim liquidator of the said company is appointed or the petition at the instance of John Henderson, Davidsfold, North Ardbennie, Madderty, Crieff, PH7 3PT presently pending before Perth Sheriff Court is dismissed.
