Notice is hereby given that on 22 July 2025 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by Antonia Crolla and Gemma Crolla craving the Court that The Cavaliere Catering Company Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 6b Hunter Street, East Kilbride, G74 4LZ (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 28 July 2025 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Hamilton Sheriff Court, Birnie House, Hamilton Business Park, Caird Park, Hamilton, ML3 0QA within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; meantime appointed Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, of Dains (a trading name of William Duncan (business Recovery) Ltd), 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU, or such other person as the Court may think fit to be Provisional Liquidator of the said the Company all of which notice is hereby given.
