Winding-up petition CC GOLF LTD

Notice is hereby given that on 23 July 2025 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Foremost Golf Limited (Company Number 01857845), a Creditor of CC Golf Ltd (Company Number SC642572) craving the Court inter alia to order that CC Golf Ltd having their Registered Office at Unit 1 Rosyth Road, Morris Park, Glasgow, Scotland, G5 0YE be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that, in the meantime James Fennessey and Blair Milne, Insolvency Practitioners, Azets Holdings Limited, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, Glasgow, PA4 8WF be appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 23 July 2025 appointed the said James Fennessey and Blair Milne as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 & 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1896, for a limited period of 3 months from 23 July 2025 (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of an interim liquidator to the said Company, whichever is earlier; and appointed all person having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
