Winding-up petition SWANS SHOES LTD

Notice is hereby given that on 28 October 2025, a Petition was presented to Jedburgh Sheriff Court by Swans Shoes Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC275240 and having its registered office at 9-11 Bridge Street, Kelso, Roxburghshire, TD5 7HT craving the court inter alia that Swans Shoes Ltd be wound up by the court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition, the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 29 October 2025, appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Jedburgh Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Stuart Robb, insolvency practitioner, of Robb Advisory Limited, Oakfield House, 378 Brandon Street, Motherwell ML1 1XA to be Provisional Liquidator of Swans Shoes Ltd, and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
