GRAEME PETER ALEXANDER MALCOLM, residing at Escullion, Ochtertyre, Crieff, PH7 4JS; (SECOND) DR. GARETH THOMAS MAKER, residing at Loch Dhu House, Kinlochard, Aberfoyle, Stirling, FK8 3TS; and (THIRD) ANGUS KENNEDY MORRISON, residing at 7 Barnton Park, Edinburgh, EH4 6JF for, inter alia, an order under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up M SQUARED TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company registration number SC675779) and having its registered office Venture Building, 1 Kelvin Campus, West of Scotland Science Park, Maryhill Road, Glasgow, G20 0SP and to appoint joint Interim Liquidators; the Lord Ordinary by interlocutor dated 15 December 2025, appoints any party claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Clerk of the Court at the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, within eight days of this advertisement.
