Winding-up petition 1STOPWIND LTD

Notice is hereby given that on 12 December 2025, a Petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by 1StopWind Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC553623 and having its registered office at Unit Au, 101 Abercorn Street, Paisley PA3 4AT craving the court inter alia that 1StopWind Ltd be wound up by the court and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators, in which Petition, the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 15 December 2025, appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed James Fennessey and Blair Milne, Insolvency Practitioners, of Azets Holdings Limited, Titanium 1, King's Inch Place, Renfrew PA4 8WF, to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of 1StopWind Ltd, with all the usual powers necessary for the preservation of the assets of 1StopWind Ltd and authorises them to exercise the powers contained in parts I, II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
