Notice is hereby given that on 18 August 2026, a Petition was presented to Dumbarton Sheriff Court by James Andrew Morrison, Wardscottage, Gartocharn, Alexandria G83 8SB for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up RIVALKIT LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC598051) and having its Registered Office at Wards Farm, Gartocharn, Alexandria, Scotland, G83 8SB and that Kevin Mapstone, Insolvency Practitioner of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6LU be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 26 August 2026 ordained the said Rivalkit Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Dumbarton within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
