Winding-up petition FORMOSA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED

NOTICE is hereby given that on 19 August 2026, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Dundee by Chiltern Property Holdings Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 8 Stephenson Drive, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM23 2YU craving the Court inter alia to order that the said Formosa Developments Limited be wound up by the Court and that Interim Liquidator be appointed. In which Petition the Sheriff at Dundee by Interlocutor dated 21 August 2026 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in "The Edinburgh Gazette" and "The Courier" newspapers and ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, 6 West Bell Street, Dundee, DD1 9AD within 8 days after such publication, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given; and in the meantime appointed Mr Steven Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited trading as Dains, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6QY, to be Interim Liquidator of the said company; all of which notice is hereby given.
