Winding-up petition MARAYA (ONE) LIMITED

NOTICE is hereby given that on 10 July 2026 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Bank of Scotland Plc, The Mound, Edinburgh, EH1 1YZ for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up MARAYA (ONE) LIMITED (COMPANY NUMBER SC394574) having their registered office at Exchange Place 3, Semple Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 8BL and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 13 July 2026 appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Scottish Daily Mail newspaper; Ordains the said MARAYA (ONE) LIMITED, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB within eight days after intimation and advertisement; under certifications; eo die nominated and appointed Callum Angus Carmichael and Michelle Elliot Insolvency Practitioners of FRP Advisory to be provisional joint liquidators of MARAYA (ONE) LIMITED and authorised him/her to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
