Winding-up petition ALLAN CORFIELD ARCHITECTS LIMITED

On 31 July 2026, a petition was presented to Dunfermline Sheriff Court craving the Court that Allan Corfield Architects Limited (SC378399), incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Lewis House, Unit 213, East Way, Hillend Industrial Estate, Hillend, Dunfermline, Fife, United Kingdom, KY11 9JF, be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition, by interlocutor of 4 August 2026, the Court appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service, and in the meantime appointed Sheona Campbell, of Henderson Loggie LLP, The Stamp Office, Level 5, 10-14 Waterloo Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3EG, to be provisional liquidator of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part II and paragraph 6 of part III of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
