Notice is hereby given that on 17th July 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Jedburgh craving the Court inter alia that Reedyloch Construction Ltd, with its Registered Office at Commercial Bank Buildings, 37 Market Square, Duns, Scotland TD11 3AL be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Jedburgh by interlocutor dated 21st July 2026 ordained the said Reedyloch Construction Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Castlegate, Jedburgh TD8 6AR within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
