Winding-up petition NEW ALHAMBRA BAR BELLSHILL LTD

Notice is hereby given that on 29 April 2026, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Hamilton by NPOWER COMMERCIAL GAS LIMITED, WINDMILL HILL BUSINESS PARK, WHITEHILL WAY, SWINDON SN5 6PB craving the court inter alia to order that NEW ALHAMBRA BAR BELLSHILL LTD having their registered office at 5/9 MOTHERWELL ROAD, BELLSHILL ML4 1AB, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime, that Brian Milne and Ishbel MacNeil be appointed Provisional Liquidators of the said company, in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 29 April 2026 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; Further, by Interlocutor dated eo die appointed the said Brian Milne and Ishbel MacNeil as Provisional Liquidator of the said company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
