Winding-up petition GSM SHOPFITTING LTD

Notice is hereby given that on 22 June 2026, a Petition was presented to Greenock Sheriff Court by Gary O’Connor Morrison, Scoulag Moor Cottage, Kingarth, Isle of Bute, Scotland PA20 9NX as a sole director of GSM Shopfitting Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC395417) and having its Registered Office at Scoulag Moor Cottage, Kingarth, Isle Of Bute, Scotland, PA20 9NX for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up the said GSM Shopfitting Ltd, and that Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that, in the meantime, Kenneth Robert Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU be appointed as the Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition, the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 2 July 2026 appointed the said Kenneth Robert Craig as the Provisional Liquidator with the powers contained within paragraph 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
