Winding-up petition PRODUCT GURU LIMITED

On 26 June 2026, a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court craving the Court that Product Guru Limited (SC589174), incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at The Grain Store, 60 Tradeston Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G5 8BH, be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition, by interlocutor of 1 July 2026, the Court appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service, and in the meantime appointed Shona Campbell of Henderson Loggie LLP, at Level 5, 10-14 Waterloo Place, Edinburgh EH1 3EG, to be provisional liquidator of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II, and paragraph 6 of Part III, of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
