Winding-up petition H1 HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 30 June 2026 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Pamela Carol Easen and Alan Lovat MacKenzie, craving the Court for an order that H1 Healthcare Solutions Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act under company number SC365203 and having its registered office at 6th Floor, Gordon Chambers, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NQ, be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986, and by first deliverance dated 30 June 2026, the Sheriff appointed a copy of the Petition and first deliverance to be advertised on the walls of the Sheriff Court at Glasgow and appointed notice of the import of the Petition and the deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Metro newspaper; and the Sheriff further appointed Ian William Wright and Brian William Milne, both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB to be provisional liquidators of the said company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 until further order of court; and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after advertisement; of all of which notice is hereby given.
