Winding-up petition KIBOSH LTD.

NOTICE is hereby given that on 22 June 2026, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Selkirk by Kibosh Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Unit 9, Huddersfield Street, Galashiels, TD1 3BF craving the Court inter alia to order that the said Kibosh Ltd be wound up by the Court and that joint interim liquidators be appointed. In which Petition the Sheriff at Selkirk by Interlocutor dated 23 June 2026 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in "The Edinburgh Gazette" and "The Metro" newspapers and ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, Ettrick Terrace, Selkirk, TD7 4LE within 8 days after such publication, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given; and in the meantime appointed Mr Callum Carmichael, Insolvency Practitioner, FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG and Michelle Elliot, Insolvency Practitioner, FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG, to be joint provisional liquidators of the said company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
