Winding-up petition JHC INTERIORS LTD.

Notice is hereby given that on 17 June 2026 a Petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by JHC Interiors Limited, craving the court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that JHC Interiors Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC095408) and having its registered office at 10 Lady Lane, Paisley, Renfrewshire, PA1 2LJ be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed in which Petition Sheriff McGinty, by Interlocutor dated 22 June 2026, meantime appointed James Fennessey and Blair Milne, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Azets, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, Glasgow, PA4 8WF to be Provisional Liquidators of the said company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, until the appointment of an interim liquidator or dismissal of the Petition, whichever is earlier and ordained any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
