NOTICE is hereby given that on 11th June 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee by First Alba Healthcare Ltd formerly First Alba Ltd formerly Scotdent Care Ltd having their registered office at Dental Surgery, 3 Dudhope Terrace, Dundee, DD3 7HG (the “Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed in which Petition the Sheriff at Dundee by interlocutor dated 11th June 2026 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed Steven Wright, Insolvency Practitioner of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited trading as Dains, 169 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB previously at 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6QY to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for the interim preservation of the Company’s assets and particularly the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
