Winding-up petition GLENESK HOMES LTD

Notice is hereby given that on 3rd June 2026, a Petition was presented to Dundee Sheriff Court by Andrew Scott Richards c/o Arthurstone House, Kingsway, Dundee, DD2 4TD as sole Director of GLENESK HOMES LTD, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act (Company No: SC621157) and having its registered office at Arthurstone House, Kingsway, Dundee, DD2 4TD (‘the Company’) for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up the Company and that George Dylan Lafferty, Insolvency Practitioner, of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6LW be appointed as Interim Liquidator; and that, in the meantime, the said George Dylan Lafferty be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 4th June 2026 appointed the said George Dylan Lafferty as Provisional Liquidator and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed any party claiming interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Tayside Central and Fife within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which Notice is hereby given.
