Winding-up petition TOPKAPI EDINBURGH LTD

Notice is hereby given that on 29 April 2026 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Pulpo Hr & Recruitment Ltd (In Liquidation), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC753019 and having its registered office at C/O Quantuma Advisory Limited, 86a George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3BU and Brian Milne, having a place of business at Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George St, Glasgow, G2 2LB, as Liquidator thereof (“the Petitioners”) craving the Court inter alia, that Topkapi Edinburgh Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC770591 and having its registered office at 107-109 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 9QG (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court, in which petition the sheriff, by interlocutor dated 30 April 2026, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
