Winding-up petition HELIEX POWER LIMITED

NOTICE is hereby given that on 16 April 2026 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Heliex Power Limited, having their Registered Office at Kelvin Building, Bramah Avenue, East Kilbride, G75 0RD (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition Lord Lake by Interlocutor dated 17 April 2026 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Court of Session within eight days after intimation and advertisement; eo die appointed Kenneth Craig and George Lafferty, both Insolvency Practitioners of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company and authorised them to (a) exercise the powers contained in Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, (b) to determine all or any of the contracts of employment of the Company’s employees as they see fit, and (c) to exercise the power specified in paragraph 6 of Part III of Schedule 4 to the 1986 Act, all without the further intervention of the court; all of which notice is hereby given.
