Winding-up petition MTBCUT PRODUCTIONS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 31 March 2026 a Petition was presented to Stirling Sheriff Court by MTBCUT Productions Limited, craving the court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that MTBCUT Productions Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC348626) and having its registered office at Crinigart Station Road, Gartmore, Stirling, Stirlingshire, FK8 3RR be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Sheriff O'Mahony, by Interlocutor dated 2 April 2026, meantime appointed James Fennessey and Blair Milne, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Azets, Titanium 1, King's Inch Place, Renfrew, Glasgow, PA4 8WF, to be Provisional Liquidators of the said company with the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 & 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1896 until the appointment of an interim liquidator, or dismissal of the Petition, whichever is earlier, and ordained any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Stirling within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
