Winding-up petition VIVA ITALIA LTD.

Notice is hereby given that on 22 June 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton craving the Court inter alia that VIVA ITALIA LTD, with its Registered Office at Old Bank Chambers, 44 Civic Square, Motherwell, ML1 1TP be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by interlocutor dated 24 June 2026 ordained the said VIVA ITALIA LTD and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.

Notice is hereby given that on 13 May 2026 a petition was presented to the Court of Session at Edinburgh by J.P. MORGAN EUROPE LIMITED, ​a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number 00938937) and having its registered office at 25 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 5JP, acting as depositary of FIDELITY UK REAL ESTATE FUND for, inter alia, an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up VIVA ITALIA LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company registration number SC258297) and having its registered office at Old Bank Chambers, 44 Civic Square, Motherwell ML1 1TP and to appoint joint Interim Liquidators; in which petition Lord Lake, by interlocutor dated 27 May 2026, appointed the petition to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and the Metro newspapers and appointed any persons claiming an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within eight days after such intimation and advertisement.

Notice is hereby given that on 10 March 2026 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Armada Investments Ltd trading as Armada Asset Finance, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: 01140855) and having its registered office at Armada House, Oldhams, Wharf, Topham, Devon, EX3 0B craving the Court inter alia that Viva Italia Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC258297) and having its registered office at Old Bank Chambers, 44 Civic Square, Motherwell, ML1 1TP be wound up by the Court and to appoint interim liquidators; in which Petition Lord Lake by Interlocutor dated 26 March 2026 appointed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers with the Clerk at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh, within eight days after intimation or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.

NOTICE is hereby given that on 9 January 2024 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Fort Kinnaird GP Limited for an order to wind up Viva Italia Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC258297) and having its Registered Office at Old Bank Chambers, 44 Civic Square, Motherwell, Scotland, ML1 1TP and to appoint Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6QY or such other person as the Court shall think fit as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, Lord Braid, by Interlocutor dated 2 February 2024 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
