Winding-up petition VIRTUAL FM LIMITED

On 31 March 2026, a Petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by Adrienne Mary McArthur Currie and Grant James Currie, craving the Court inter alia that Virtual FM Limited, a company registered under the Companies Acts with company number SC517801, and having its registered office at Scottish Enterprise Technology Park, Orion House, Bramah Avenue, East Kilbride, Scotland, G75 0RD, be wound up and an Interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 31 March 2026 allowed any party claiming interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court, Birnie House, Caird Park, Hamilton Business Park, Caird Street, Hamilton, ML3 0AL, within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; meantime, nominated and appointed Steven Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, of Dains (a trading name of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU, to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in Sections 135, 167 and 169 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and in particular to exercise the powers specified in Part II and II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
