Winding-up petition PINNACLE PROPERTIES SCOTLAND LTD

Notice is hereby given that on 13 July 2026, a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by H3 Property Scotland Ltd (In Liquidation), craving the Court inter alia that Pinnacle Properties Scotland Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC738230) and with its registered office at 1 Baird Gardens, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH12 5RS be wound up by the Court and that Blair Milne of Azets Holdings Limited, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, Glasgow, PA4 8WF and James Fennessey of Azets Holdings Limited, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, Glasgow, PA4 8WF or such other person as the Court may think fit, to be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators of Pinnacle Properties Scotland Ltd; In which Petition, by Interlocutor dated 14 July 2026, appointed the Petition to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Metro newspaper; granted warrant for service of the Petition as craved; ordained any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
