Winding-up petition ENTERPRISE FOODS LTD.

On Wednesday 18 March 2026, a Petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by David Henry Barnaby Burgess, Frederick Matthew Goltz, Paul Andrew Parkins, and Ray McNiece, craving the Court inter alia that Enterprise Foods Ltd., a company registered under the Companies Acts with company number SC154900 and having its registered office at Napier Building Unit 2, Napier Building, Reynolds Avenue, East Kilbride, Lanarkshire, G75 0AF be wound up and an Interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition Sheriff Higgins by Interlocutor dated 18 March 2026 allowed any party claiming interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court, Birnie House, Caird Park, Hamilton Business Park, Caird Street, Hamilton, ML3 0AL within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; meantime, nominated and appointed George Dylan Lafferty, Insolvency Practitioner, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU to be provisional liquidator of the said company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in sections 135, 167 and 169 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and in particular to exercise the powers specified in part II and II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given
