Winding-up petition PNEUMOWAVE LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 10 March 2026, a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Richie Bavasso, 2345 Andell Way, Johns Island, SC 29455-6131, Dr Nicola Ann Broughton, 151 Main Street, Menston, Illkey LS29 6HU, James Gruskin, 1504 Iredell Dr, Raleigh NC 27608, Bruce Colin Henderson, Westhaven, Lochend Road, Troon, KA10 6JJ, and Dr Stewart White, 20 Netherview Road, Glasgow G44 3XH as directors of Pneumowave Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC589011) and having its Registered Office at 12 Hope Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4DB for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up the said Pneumowave Limited, and that Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that, in the meantime, Callum Carmichael and Chad Griffin, Insolvency Practitioners, both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 5HD be appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition, the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 12 March 2026 appointed the said Callum Carmichael and Chad Griffin as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the powers contained within paragraph 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
