Notice is hereby given that on 17 February 2026, a Petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by Build Depot Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC172887 and having its registered office at 150 Lynedoch Street, Greenock, Scotland, PA15 4AJ craving the court inter alia that Format Construction Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC723248 and having its registered office at Unit 3, 70 Kelburn Street, Barrhead, Glasgow, Scotland, G78 1LR, be wound up by the court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition, the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 23 February 2026, appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
