Notice is hereby given that on 3 February 2026 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Louise Dorothy Norris, Kirstine Mairi Ogg and Dr Paola Pasino, craving the Court that Centre for Contemporary Arts, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 350 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3JD, (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 5 February 2026 (case refence GLW-L21-26) appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; meantime appointed Steven Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, of Dains (a trading name of William Duncan (business Recovery) Ltd), 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU, to be Provisional Liquidator of the said the Company; all of which notice is hereby given.
