NOTICE IS GIVEN by Matthew Douglas Hardy, Liquidator of the above named Company which was wound up voluntarily on 31 May 2024, that he is going to make a first and final distribution to creditors. Creditors of the company are required, on or before 1 July 2024 to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their debts or claims to Poppleton & Appleby, The Silverworks, 67-71 Northwood Street, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, B3 1TX and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the above date, or who increases the claim in their proof after that date, will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
