Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above named Company, over which I was appointed Joint Liquidator on 25 September 2025 are required, on or before 24 October 2025 to send in their full names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the undersigned, Mark Hodgett of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 5PS the Joint Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidator, are, personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice. A distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.

At a General Meeting of the Company duly convened and held at 10.30 am on 25 September 2025 at Poole Alcock Solicitors, 6 Middlewich Road, Sandbach, Cheshire, CW11 1DL, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
