At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 10.15 am on 31 March 2026 at 158 Summerseat Lane, Ramsbottom, Bury, BL0 9TT the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
