Members' voluntary liquidation SAIPRI LIMITED

The Company was placed into members voluntary liquidation on 25 March 2026 and on the same date, Kevin Mapstone (IP Number: 25750) and Kenneth Robert Craig (IP Number: 8584), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, of Suite H Woodburn House, 4/5 Golden Square, Aberdeen, AB10 1RD were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Creditors of the Company are required on or before the 25 May 2026 to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned Liquidators of the Company Kevin Mapstone and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Suite H Woodburn House, 4/5 Golden Square, Aberdeen, AB10 1RD, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the liquidators to be necessary. Please note that this is a solvent liquidation and therefore the liquidators are entitled to make distributions to members without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved. This notice is purely formal, as the Company is able to pay all its known creditors in full.
