Members' voluntary liquidation ORCHIS LIVING LIMITED

The joint liquidators intend to declare a first and final dividend to the creditors of the Company who have not yet proved their debts are required, on or before the 31 March 2026 to submit their proof of debt to the joint liquidator’s correspondence address, 2nd floor, Endeavour House, 3 Meridians Cross, Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TJ, and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the liquidators to be necessary. Any creditor who has not proved their debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend which we intend to declare within the period of 2 months of that date.
