Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").
It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. The virtual meeting will be held as follows:
A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:
1. That a Liquidation Committee will be established if sufficient nominations are received by 22 April 2024 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee.
2. That the basis of the Joint Liquidators’ fees be fixed on the basis of time properly given by the Joint Liquidators and their staff in attending to matters as set out in the fees estimate, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by Parker Andrews Limited at the time the work is performed (plus VAT).
The meeting will be held at 2.00 pm on 23 April 2024.

This virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded. All proofs of debt must be delivered by4pm on 22 April 2024. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 2.00 pm on 23 April 2024.
