Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Director of the above-named Company (the ‘convener)’) is seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of Joint Liquidators by way of a virtual meeting.
