Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Directors of the above-named Company the ‘conveners’) are seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of a Liquidator and a decision relating to the fee payable for preparation of the statement of affairs by way of a virtual meeting, and a decision on the Liquidator’s fees and expenses.
