Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Director of the above named Company (the 'convener') is seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of a Liquidator by way of a virtual meeting. Other Resolutions to be taken at the Virtual meeting are an invitation to creditors to appoint a Liquidation Committee and, if no Committee is appointed, to consider a Resolution fixing the basis of the Liquidator's remuneration, and attendees may also be called upon to approve the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the Virtual Meeting.
