The virtual meeting will be held as followsA meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 6 October 2026. 2. That the Joint Liquidators’ additional fees of £33,537.50 plus VAT be approved, being the estimated time costs in addition to those originally estimated and approved.
