This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules")
It is delivered by the Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Karyn Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 17 September 2026. 2. That the Liquidator's additional fees of £49,872.50 plus VAT be approved, being the estimated time costs in addition to those originally estimated and approved.
