NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company is convening a meeting of creditors to be held on Zoom on 11 September 2026 at 11:30 am.

Creditors are invited to attend a virtual meeting for the purposes of considering the following:

1. The creditors confirmed the nomination of the Liquidator appointed by the members and accordingly, Matthew Reeds remain as Liquidator of the Company.

2. That a Liquidation Committee be established if sufficient nominations by 10 September 2026 are received and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee.

However, in the event that no committee is established creditors are asked to vote on the following decisions:

3. The approval HSA & Co`s fees of £5,000 plus VAT for their assistance with providing the Company`s financial information, finalising the Company`s payroll and assisting with the completion of the Statement of Affairs.

A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered by shareholders on 11 September 2026.
