Notice is hereby given under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (“the Act”) and Rules 6.14 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”) that a meeting of the creditors of the above named company is being proposed by Alex Giles, the director of the Company.
