Creditors' voluntary liquidation GO CHARITABLY LIMITED

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules'). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidators of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Jonathan Gribble & Nick Clarkson, of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4QZ. The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a Liquidation committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 21 September 2026 and those nominated are willing to be members of a committee. 2. That the basis of the Joint Liquidator's fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, to a limit of £15,443.00, such time to be charged at the charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken. 3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to draw "Category 2" expenses, calculated on the basis detailed in the Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited's summary.

Notice is given that at a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at the place and on the date given above, a special resolution was passed that the company be wound up voluntarily; and an ordinary resolution was passed appointing the Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding-up.
