Creditors' voluntary liquidation LOVES HOSPITALITY LTD

At a meeting of the members of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Scottish Provident Building, 7 Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JH on 04 August 2026 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution (1) and as ordinary resolutions (2) and (3):

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

2. "That Gareth Howarth and Philip Lawrence of AMS Business Recovery Limited, 1 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

3. "That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators in accordance with the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 be done by both or any one of them."

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at Scottish Provident Building, 7 Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JH on the same date, no nominations for liquidator were received from creditors and, accordingly, the members' decision to appoint Gareth Howarth and Philip Lawrence as Joint Liquidators stood.

Creditors entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may participate either in person or by proxy. A creditor can attend the meeting and vote, and is entitled to vote if they have delivered proof of their debt by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting. If a creditor cannot attend, or does not wish to attend, but still wishes to vote at the meeting, they can ether nominate a person to attend on their behalf, or they may nominate the Chairman of the meeting, who will be a director of the Company, to vote on their behalf. Such creditors must still submit the proof of their claim by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting, but proxies will be accepted by the Chairman up to the commencement of the meeting. Creditors must deliver proof of their claim and their proxy using the details provided below.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices below between 10.00am and 4.00pm on the two business days preceding the date of the meeting stated above.

The resolutions at the meeting of creditors may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
